2. What information do we collect?
When customers submit a project request, we may collect information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, project location, project description, requested services, preferred timing and other information voluntarily provided in the request.
When drone pilots register, we may collect company or pilot name, contact person, email address, phone number, website, description, service areas, offered services and confirmations relating to legal requirements and platform terms.
We may also collect technical information necessary to operate and secure the platform, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and basic server logs.
3. Why do we process personal data?
We process personal data to provide the DroneHouze service, including receiving project requests, matching requests with relevant drone pilots, communicating about requests, operating pilot registrations and facilitating contact between customers and pilots.
We may also process information to prevent fraud, maintain platform security, respond to support requests, improve our service and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where processing is necessary to provide a requested service or take steps before entering into an agreement, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where processing is necessary for legitimate business interests such as platform security, fraud prevention and service improvement, we may rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Where the law requires consent, we rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
5. How customer information is shared
Project information may be shared with drone pilots whose registered services and service areas are relevant to the request.
Before a project is unlocked, customer contact details may be hidden from pilots. If a pilot unlocks a project, customer contact information may be made available to that pilot so the pilot can contact the customer directly.
Customers should therefore understand that submitting a request is intended to facilitate contact with relevant independent drone pilots or service providers.
6. How pilot information is used
Pilot registration information is used to determine which customer requests may be relevant to each pilot.
DroneHouze does not currently operate a public pilot directory. Pilot information is primarily used internally for matching, communication and platform administration.
7. Service providers
We may use third-party providers to operate DroneHouze, including hosting, database, email, payment and infrastructure providers.
These providers may process personal data only as necessary to provide their services to DroneHouze and according to applicable data protection requirements.
8. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms are used.
9. How long do we keep information?
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes and complying with legal obligations.
Pilot profiles may be retained while they remain active on DroneHouze. Customer request information may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud prevention and legal purposes.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing.
