Terms for using DroneHouze.

These Terms govern the use of DroneHouze by customers, drone pilots and service providers.

1. About DroneHouze

DroneHouze is an independent marketplace and contact platform that helps customers find drone pilots and drone service providers. DroneHouze does not itself perform drone flights or drone services.

2. Customer requests

Customers may submit project requests free of charge. Submission of a request does not oblige the customer to hire any pilot or accept any quotation.

3. Pilot registration

Pilots must provide accurate and current information regarding their identity, contact details, services and service areas. DroneHouze may suspend or remove registrations containing false, misleading or inappropriate information.

4. Pilot responsibilities

Every pilot or service provider is independently responsible for determining whether an assignment can be legally and safely performed. This includes all required registrations, certificates, qualifications, permissions, airspace checks, insurance and compliance with applicable aviation, privacy and other laws.

5. No automatic verification

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, registration on DroneHouze does not mean that a pilot has been independently verified, certified or approved by DroneHouze.

6. Matching

DroneHouze may use information including service category, location, service areas and project description to determine which pilots may receive a customer request. DroneHouze does not guarantee that every request will receive responses or that every registered pilot will receive projects.

7. Unlocking projects

DroneHouze may charge pilots to unlock customer contact details or provide access to individual project opportunities. The applicable price will be displayed before purchase. Payment for access does not guarantee that the customer will respond, accept a quotation or award the assignment.

8. Agreement between customer and pilot

Any quotation, price, contract, payment for drone services and execution of the assignment are agreed directly between the customer and the selected pilot or service provider. DroneHouze is not a party to that service agreement.

9. Quality and performance

DroneHouze does not supervise or control the performance of independent pilots and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability or outcome of any drone service.

10. Customer information

Pilots receiving customer contact details may use those details only for legitimate communication relating to the specific project and must comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

11. Prohibited use

Users may not misuse DroneHouze, submit fraudulent or misleading requests, attempt unauthorised access, scrape platform data, interfere with the service or use customer information for unrelated marketing or other unauthorised purposes.

12. Payments and refunds

Where paid project access is offered, pricing and payment terms will be displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payment relates to access to the project information and does not guarantee a resulting assignment. Specific refund rules may be communicated at checkout.

13. Availability

DroneHouze may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DroneHouze is not responsible for losses resulting from agreements, disputes, work quality, flight operations or other actions between customers and independent pilots. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes

DroneHouze may update these Terms as the platform develops. The current version will be published on this page.
